PREMIUM&CO is the publisher of the website www.usatravelposters.com
 and operates the website under the trade name “USA TRAVEL POSTERS.”

Prices are displayed in USD. Sales tax may be added where applicable according to local law.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on usatravelposters.com by customers located in the United States.


2. Products and Services

PREMIUM&CO offers print-on-demand posters on FSC-certified paper, as well as black aluminum frames, with or without framing services.

All products are made to order and produced specifically for each order.


3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD.

  • Standard shipping: Free (no minimum order).

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and other third-party payment providers.

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment information.

  • Billing details are included in the confirmation email sent after purchase.

Sales Tax Notice: If local sales tax applies in the customer’s state, it may be added automatically according to applicable law.


4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders are processed via Shopify.

  • A confirmation email is sent after the order is validated.

  • An order is considered accepted only after successful payment and the sending of a confirmation email.


5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, or other partner carriers depending on destination and availability, at no additional cost.

  • Estimated delivery time in the United States: 4–9 business days, depending on destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

a) Change of mind
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unmounted, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

b) Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
We accept claims if the product:

  • Arrives damaged upon delivery

  • Contains a printing or manufacturing defect

  • Does not match the product ordered

All claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.

If a claim or return request is approved, PREMIUM&CO may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, in accordance with Section 4.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted outside the applicable return period

  • Products that have been used, mounted, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Incorrect selection of size, format, or variant by the customer (after the 14-day return period)

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Damage resulting from mishandling, improper storage, exposure to sunlight or humidity, or improper framing


7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to products and content on www.usatravelposters.com belong exclusively to PREMIUM&CO.

  • Products are intended for personal use only.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • No commercial license is granted implicitly with purchase.


8. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Force Majeure

  • PREMIUM&CO shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

  • The total liability of PREMIUM&CO is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PREMIUM&CO, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the website or unauthorized use of the products.

  • PREMIUM&CO is not liable in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, fires, strikes, carrier disruptions, or network interruptions affecting production or delivery.


9. Personal Data

  • Collected information is stored securely and used only for: order management, delivery tracking, customer service, and marketing communications (if consent is given).

  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.

  • Data is retained for a maximum of 5 years from the order date.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Arbitration

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

  • Class Action Waiver / Arbitration: All disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Customers waive any right to participate in a class action or representative action.

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PREMIUM&CO regarding the website and purchase of products.

  • Updates: PREMIUM&CO may modify these Terms; the applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of the order.
