Refund policy
1. Scope
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on www.usatravelposters.com by customers located in the United States.
All products are print-on-demand and produced specifically for each order.
2. Accepted Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
a) Change of mind
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unmounted, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
b) Defective or non-conforming products
We accept claims for replacement, exchange, or refund if the product:

Arrives damaged due to shipping

Contains a printing defect (including color, alignment, or material issues)

Is different from the product ordered
All claims related to defective or incorrect products must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Clear photographic evidence is strictly required to validate the claim.
3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

Requests made after the applicable return period (14 days for change of mind, 14 days for defects)

Products that have been used, mounted, altered, or damaged after delivery

Incorrect selection of size, format, or variant by the customer (after the 14-day return window)

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by mishandling, exposure to sunlight, humidity, or improper framing
4. Resolution Options
If your claim or return request is approved, PREMIUM&CO will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following solutions, as appropriate:

Replacement: A new product shipped at no additional cost.

Exchange: An alternative product or variant, subject to availability.

Refund: A partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
PREMIUM&CO reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each case.
5. Reporting a Claim
To report a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt:

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be accepted.
6. Processing Time
Once your claim is received and approved:

Replacement orders are generally delivered within 4–9 business days.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
PREMIUM&CO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or opportunity, arising from the use of the products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Force Majeure / Acts of God
PREMIUM&CO is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Pandemics or health emergencies

Carrier disruptions

Acts of government or other events outside our control
